Competitive differentiation – n : the ways a business
differentiates itself from its competition.
Competitive
differentiation can take many forms, though the focus of competitive
differentiation is to set your company apart from the competition, or potential
competition if you are a startup company. As a startup company, it’s important
to determine what makes your offerings different, faster, cheaper, and/or better
