Funding Request - A & A Earth Works has been in busisness for 3 years making it through the humps and bumps of starting a new business. We are now going into our 4th year of business and are ready to move to the next levels of being business owners. We have made arrangements with our accounting firm to become incorporated and we feel that have been in business long enough and are comfortable in excepting financial backing.
We are looking for some one to invest 500k into our company on a 15 year note. This would pay off our start up depbts and leave us with 200k for operating expenses.
We have aquired bonfing and state pre-approval ratings to allow us to bid projects up to 1.25 million dollars. And the 200k operating capital would help us in bidding such projects.
