In a perfect world everyone would love what they bought and refunds would never be necessary. But the world isn't quite that perfect, hence the obligatory Go BIG Refund Policy.

Go BIG Refund Policy:

If we made a mistake somewhere, we'll work with you to quickly resolve the matter. Go BIG offers a 7 day trial period for both Subscriptions and/or Requests. In either case, you may cancel your 7 day trial at any time before the trial ends for a full refund. You will only be eligible for a refund for the 7 day trial offer on your first Request posting and/or your first Subscription package. If you are outside of your trial period, we will not offer any refunds for payments that have already been debited. Overdraft Fees

Under no circumstances shall the Go BIG Network be held responsible for overdraft charges incurred from your financial institution as a result of any purchases or renewals through or in connection with our websites. It is the sole responsibility of you as a customer to ensure "overdraft fees," "overage fees," or "overlimit" or any other fees from your financial institution do not occur by taking the necessary action to avoid them. Furthermore, Go BIG is not liable for any fees incurred due to billing errors.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your card will be debited the full purchase amount on the 1st day of your 7 day trial. Your monthly recurring date will be set 30 days from the day that your 7 day trial expires. Your trial begins the exact day you purchase your Subscription. Your trial will expire at 11:59:59 PM EST on the 7th calendar day from the date of the purchase. We charge your account in advance for each billing cycle. (i.e. If you purchase your Subscription on the first calendar day of any month your 7 day trial will expire at 11:59:59 PM EST on the 7th day of the month. Your recurring date will then be set to the 8th day of each month. Your account will continue to recur on the 8th day of each month until canceled.) We will not refund "un-used" portions of a subscription. If you decide to cancel, we simply stop all further billing and your subscription will expire at the end of your current billing period.

Requests

Requests are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your card will be debited the full purchase amount on the 1st day of your 7 day trial. Your monthly recurring date will be set 30 days from the day that your 7 day trial expires. Your trial begins the exact day you purchase your Request. Your trial will expire at 11:59:59 PM EST on the 7th calendar day from the date of the purchase. We charge your account in advance for each billing cycle. (i.e. If you purchase your Request on the first calendar day of any month your 7 day trial will expire at 11:59:59 PM EST on the 7th day of the month. Your recurring date will then be set to the 8th day of each month. Your account will continue to recur on the 8th day of each month until canceled.) We will not refund "un-used" portions of a Request posting. If you decide to cancel, we simply stop all further billing and your Request posting will expire 30 calendar days from your last payment.

Look, we're reasonable people. We shop at stores and return stuff just like you do, and we don't like being hassled by lame customer service people either. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis based on the amount that you selected for your pro subscription when you signed up. Pro subscriptions do NOT come with a trial period. We don't refund "un-used" portions of a pro subscription. If you decide to cancel, we simply halt any further billing and your subscription will run out automatically.
