The Go BIG Request System

Beyond searching member profiles you can also use the powerful Request System. The Request System is similar to posting a classified ad in a newspaper. You may post a request for funding, a job opening, or anything else that your business needs.

Unlike a classified ad in a newspaper, though, at Go BIG your request triggers a notification to all the members of the system who may have a particular interest in your type of ad. For example, let's say you were to post a request for angel funding for a bio-technology startup company on the East Coast of the United States. Once your request was submitted all members of the system (in this case Investors) would be notified of your post, assuming that post fits their notification preferences.

How to post a request to small businesses

If you are interested in posting a request to start up companies or small businesses, you can visit Go BIG and click on the "Requests" link which will display recent requests that have been posted as well as links to Post a Request of your own. Once you post your request on Go BIG please allow 24 - 48 hours for that post to be approved by our staff. If for some reason your post does not comply with our basic guidelines (they are pretty simple) we will notify you directly and suggest means to make it compliant.
