Company Description I have renovated three homes in the last 2 1/2 years only doing it part time. Now I want to leave my job and go full time. I will buy a home with cash, make all necessary cosmetic updates, and then refinance the home for an amount approximately 10-15K over the total investment. All improvements will be done out of my pocket and in a timely fashion. I anticipate only spending one to two months per project. Once I receive the refi money I will pay off my investor with interest and then I will rent out the home at a comfortable rate that allows for cashflow. This would be my third rental. And I have bought with cash and refinanced much higher in the past. I used a high interest signature loan last time, but am now seeking an investor who wants to do this over and over.
