DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS
The purpose of the business is to raise sufficient capital to drill, develop, produce and market commercial levels of viable natural gas.
DRILLING
The Company has taken measures to lease (including title work), survey, complete a location, and generally prepare the site for commencement of the drilling operation. The Company has secured the necessary drilling equipment, and drilling crew through its drilling subcontractor, who has over 40 years drilling experience.
DEVELOPMENT
Once the well is drilled, the well will be logged, core samples taken for proper evaluation and completion. Casing will then be set, and cemented.
PRODUCTION
Casing will be perforated, and horizontal drilling will commence; once completed, slotted liner will be installed in th |
