Mr.Haq is the President and CEO of Acme Homes, Inc. He has strong educational and management background that help us to run and grow the business. He is one of the most successful businessmen in this business community. He has several degrees and certificates including B.S., M.S., Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Cost and Management Account, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Construction Management, Industrial Technology and more.
Mr. Haq worked with different companies to gather varieties business knowledge. Then he started the construction business in 1997. In the same time, he was also working as a Realtor to establish his career in this field. He became a “Team Leader” and” Life Time Top Producer” in Northern Virginia. He has also strong mortgage background that leads him to start another business (AH Funding, Inc.) for alternative finance and land acquisition in 2005. Mr. Haq has merged with an International Electronics Company (Acme Electronics, Inc.) and expands the business across the Country. He is also the Chairman and 50% Owner of this company. This company has twelve experienced Engineers, fifteen highly qualified Technicians and many employees to produce the best electronics products for our customer. We have also formed “AH Investment Group, Inc.” to welcome and work with Investor(s) in the real estate and mortgage field.
We have been working in the real estate construction and development, marketing, land aquisation, alternative financing, hard money lending and rehabs. We have also started the process of Mortgage business. It will be big ans strong network in the insdustry. That's why, we need fund to expand the business quickly.
We business plan helps us to more mobility of fund for higher return. A new construction project may take year to year and half to get permit and start the construction. We want to use the fund in the mortgage or short term investment like rehabs, hard money lending etc. All investment fund will invest under the company. So the Investor will be secured by company's assets, notes, properties etc. Our network will provide higher return with less risk. We are not involving with some other companies or parties to make decision. We are acting here as a Management Partner.
