Deli/soups, sandwiches, salads to open in the downtown Milwaukee area. Featuring 2 soups, 7 salads, 7 sandwiches, 4 pastas and breakfast items. Quality level will be above par compared with other establishments. 90% of the ingredients will be prepared fresh daily with minimum use of processed foods.
Catering will also serve as a secondary way to draw additional income. Primary targets will be the medium corporate accounts looking a holding on-site luncheons and dinners.
Owners Adam Majewski and Tom Schultz bring 15 years of experience of fine dining to the organiztion. Restaurants that have influenced these two are Lake Park Bistro, Watermark, Vivo, Holiday House, The Arie Lounge (Snowbird, UT).
