Professional Summary
They said a woman's place is in the home. They said people my age should be married with children. They said all black men are muggers. They said NLP is manipulative and doesn't work. They said I'd never play football for the first team. They said I'd never stay in the top band at school. They said I wasn't a good enough captain to win a league. They said I should get a job packing boxes. They said I'd never make it to the top of my profession.
The point is, many people have their 'they'. People who tell them they can't do this, or they'll never amount to that, or they shouldn't (or should) do the other.
Even beyond that, there are - even now - messages all around us that reinforce the notion that people ought to remain in their place and that only the very lucky few lottery winners, or exceptionally talented (and lucky) individuals can become successful in their chosen fields, while the rest have to put up with mediocre lives and jobs, only living at the weekends if they're lucky.
A former organisational director with over 20 years experience working with people from around the world, many of my colleagues and clients tell me I have immense personal presence. And I tend to be Catmatic.
During the 80s and 90s, parallel to coaching and moving up the career ladder, I researched my passion for personal development, optimal performance, psychology and accelerated learning with a variety of approaches, as well as studying the strategies of some of the most successful people in the world. As a result, I've learned a huge amount about the psychology of peak performance and personal change and, luckily (as you'll see below), people say some very nice things about the work I do.
I am a high performance coach, trainer and consultant and have worked with and headed coaching teams for many of the top training companies and trainers, thus ensuring that my skills remain at the cutting edge offering you the greatest of expertise.
In 2002, I founded Quiddity Solutions offering training, coaching and organisational development consultancy. What I wanted to do is help people to wake up and break out of their conditioning and realise that they can achieve whatever they want.
With a portfolio covering management, marketing, personnel, training, the voluntary sector and high performance coaching, I have a unique knowledge of complex political structures and the ability to help you understand those dynamics.
Working with emerging & established leaders, top managers and high potential individuals to lead change and to increase effectiveness, I design and deliver performance coaching, facilitation, consultancy and training programmes that let you look at what you need to do next, enabling you to focus on and increase the choices and potential of you, your people and your organisation.
I will take you to your still point in the centre of the storm and from there help you to plan your way to the solution you seek.
Dogs always seem so certain about everyting. Well trained dogs will be absolutely devoted to their owner, sure that they're the most important thing in the world and convinced about their one way of being. And it takes a MAJOR shock for them to change. Dogmatic. Cats on the other hand - if you're lucky - might let you stroke them, will come and sit on your lap if they feel like it and wander off, completely ignoring you when they don't. So, if you like me are Catmatic, give me a call.
Incidentally, they were wrong. What else are they wrong about?
