Company Description We own a Resort that features 25 seasonal RV sites and a Restaurant with full bar The resort sits on a 3.8 acre Penninsula on Soo Lake. It was not a turnkey operation when we purchased it. We knew it would take 3-5 years to turn it around. Now the bank (a new President who doesn't know us)is saying they will not redo the loan because of our cash flow. We need an investor who is willing to put in $20,000 a year for 3-4 years and get their money back plus interest when we sell within the next 10 years. We have never missed a payment, our taxes are current and our credit rating is excellent. We have put everything we have ever worked for into this place and have no intention of losing it all.
