AP Ultrasound will be a mobile company providing ultrasound technologists and portable ultrasound equipment to physicians offices> All ultrasound technologists have obtained their own liabilty insurance, provide their on continuing education requirements as well as current licenses, vaccinations,etc. We establish a verbal agreement with each physician or medical group as to their in-office ultrasound needs and volume of patients. Then we will provide times and patient preps for each exam to be provided. We have an established competative pricing list for each exam> we are also available to provide consultation and/ or set up a billing procedure for each exam so that the physician may recieve apprpriate reimbursement for performed exams. At a later date, AP Ultrasound plans to extend our services nationwide. We have a small network of physicians that will work with us to recieve interpretations for these exams> We will have the lastest in technology to transmit exams from PC to PC and our goal will be to obtain the interpretaions within a 24 hour period. Preliminary reports will be immediate. All of our ultrasound technologists are certified in each modality that they perform. Overall there is a 30 year range of experience in this field.
