Company Description:
We are a real estate investment company in the Indianapolis area currently focusing on single family homes and we are looking to expand our holdings through a novel yet simple and secure approach. Instead of acquiring properties and then looking for renters or counting on being able to flip them, we will instead first identify and pre-qualify people needing to rent. Then we will seek to acquire property that suits their needs, requiring them to sign a 1 year lease before acquisition. Pre-qualifying and allowing the renter to participate in property selection will create a more stable tenant base as well as provide potential future buyers. With thousands of foreclosure and pre-foreclosure homes currently on the market we expect it to be relatively easy to find properties that suit our prospective tenants needs at prices that provide strong cash flow, equity upon purchase, and equity growth when the real estate market turns. We are looking for $100K-$500K initial investment to be used for acquisition and repair/improvement of single family and multi-family (up to 6 units) homes. We will consider both debt (fixed annual interest rate) and/or equity investors. Investments will be secured with mortgages provided to investors. My business partner and I currently own and operate a remodeling and painting business. We are both college graduates and have had successful careers in other businesses.
