Millennium Development Group LLC is a Chicago-based developer working to relieve the shortage of Green sustainable housing in the Chicagoland area.

a) Build LEED Certified/Energy Star Compliant housing.
b) Build projects promoting public/private partnerships between local governments and our company that meet mutual goals.
c) Meet the pent-up demand for eco-friendly/minimum energy usage new construction homes that break the cycle of ever increasing energy costs associated with increased energy usage.
