Upscale lounge and nightclub. Located in Lexington, Kentucky. The club sits one the main intersection going into downtown Lexington. The Building is well over 20,000 square feet. Blueprints, include luxury skyboxes that will be leased out for 100,000 a year. Alot of intrest already for boxes. Lounge consist of custom furniture, and full size stage for national acts. R+b, country, hip-hop, jazz, etc. are slated to grace the stage. The third section of building is a concert hall for huge national acts.
