This technology consists of specialized memory foam to prevent movement during rigorous activity and also includes Antibacterial Treatments & UV Protection within the fabric, as well as, Recycled-Rubber Logos (Eco- Friendly). AIA has been in exsistence for 11+ years and became C-corporation on July 2, 1999 and was incorporated in Los Angeles, CA. However, due to lack of funding the C- corp became suspended in 2004. Currently, AIA is in a manufacturing agreement with a company that manufactures the AIA product and said company has been in business for 60+ years based out of Los Angeles, CA. AIA is actively seeking immediate (angel, equity, or venture capital) financing/funding source to secure the amount of $100,000 plus to support upcoming retail sales & wholesale tradeshow events, manufacturing, advertising (cable tv & magazines), administration, marketing & sales, .
