Lintel Property Management is a housing locating business. We deal with helping outside investors look in to purchasing rental homes with in the Indianapolis area. Along with managing the rehab process, the rental of the property, the locating of tenants and the maintaing of the property for the investor. Currently we deal with many out of state investors who are looking in to taking advantage of the housing market. Above else we are attempting in cleaning up the "bad" neighborhoods of Indianapolis and surrounding areas, and matching familys with the right home.
