Professional Summary
1997-2005 I started off selling to multifamily developers around the country. Republic was $250 million manufacturer of kitchen cabinets. I was a Regional Sales Manager where I was responsible for pricing, selling, and overseeing each job sold. I was sent to train new employees on how to price jobs and our system in general. I sold over $30M while at Republic.
2005-2006 Realizing my passion was in development, I accepted an offer with a developer who developed Active Adult Communities (7,000 homesites, golf courses, etc.) Robson is an incredible company, but I wanted to take even a closer step to my goal.
2006-Present I started with Marcus & Millichap this past January. The company is a real estate investment brokerage company and I focus on the sale/buy of apartments for clients.
