Company Description:
My company provides residential construction and renovation services to our investor network and retail clients. We are equipped to provide services for all phases of any residential project. We have been contracted by the city of Chicago to renovate run-down homes and resell them as affordable housing. We are in need of funding for acquisition, rehab, and marketing of these homes. In most cases, we rehab a structure w/in 30-90 days and average a 3-6 month market time for resale. Our strategy is to create a maintenance-free home to be sold below market value to ensure a quick sell. I am a loan officer and I usually broker the financing for a prospective buyer. My partner, my wife, is a licensed Realtor in Illinois and Wisconsin. She expertise is listing and selling investor property quickly. Her marketing includes offering generous concessions for the buyer and buyer's agent; staging the property; themed open houses for brokers/agents and buyers; and more. The city of Chicago has many properties in their inventory that they want to convey to our company but we are in need of funding keep up with this demand.
