I am a licensed real estate broker in NY state and a real estate investor. My husband is a contractor, and together we locate and buy undervalued properties to fix up and sell or rent, or make money on in various ways. Being that the banks are getting tighter and tighter, I need more funds to do deals with. You all know that there are currently plenty of properties for sale for pennies on the dollar. Every deal would be planned and outlined, so that I could tell you exactly what strategy we would be using, and for how long I would need the money. The deals are not necessarily in NY state. They could be in any profitable area.
