National Appraisals & Consulting is a nationwide appraisal management company. I started this company to be part of the solution to the mortgage crisis and support the appraisers in our country. I am also a practicing appraiser and have been for 10 years. I have a much bigger vision and a determined to get this company to where it needs to be. I contract with ethical appraisers across the country for appraisal assignments and we handle the entire appraisal process. With the new law changing January 1 of 2009, I need to expand and grow to compete with the largest appraisal manangment companies in the industry. My concept works and we are in this to affect our clients bottom line which is even more important in our lagging country today. More importantly to give consumers and investors accurate appraisals. I have taken the business as far as it will go and need some finanical assistance to expand. I know what needs to be done. My mentor is Donald Trump and I read his books everyday. Anyone who helps me in this stage of my business will forever be put in my plan to do whatever I can to pay it forward.
