Loan Mitigation/And We buy bank owned homes, update them, and create affordable housing(sell below market)or provide sect. 8 rentals. We have 2 rentals(in Texas)and plan to continue this in other states,with a projected income of about $120K-$200K/yr. If we are fortunate to get the funds, we plan on securing it with un-encumbered real estate in Calif.
