Hi,I started a ministry approximately a year and a half ago,where i ministered to homeless people and anyone who would listen.The Lord blessed me with a 2776sq.ft. house to do this and approximately 3 acres.I purchased a 2008 Massey Ferguson tractor to work the land to raise our own food and to help pay for house.He has always provided the work to accomplish this.The people have come and gone.The home that i purchased is a Historical Site,Part of the Underground Railroad that helped free slaves in the mid 1800's.I have talked with the historical society here in Ohio about opening a bed and breakfast on this site.I have spoken with Henry Burke who is a history professor at Marietta College,who has done a great deal of research on this subject,he also runs tours thru this area and would help with advertising and bringing tours thru this area.My hope in this venture is to open this house to public,to bring people in ,in hopes of setting some more slaves free with the Love of God.I'm looking for some capital to renovate house.I'm looking to get off grid and go with solar and wind power.Already have good well for water.I have leased approximately 35 acres to grow a seed oil for biodiesel.I also raise livestock on my 3 acres to take care of food for breakfast menu.I have invested close to 130,000.00 in this,and countless hours.They are charging me ungodly interest rates on my loans,but the Lord is still providing and i am still doing the work> i am capable of doing the renovations myself,carpenter for approximately 25 years.I work full time for the Lord now.If your interested,you can contact me,Thank You for taking time and God Bless You.Mark
