In 1999 I started by investing $65K in RE. Renovated, improved, sold, bought others in NY city, then finally sold in NY and bought in FL. Due to the present economy cannot sell profitably now, but business is going ok there. I would like to invest again in NY where I know all the ins and outs, but need equity funds, in other words the downpayment. If that is possible, please contact me.

(I must say I bought 2 condos in FL which went sour, where the price come down tremendously. Being a burden I short sold the first and in the process of short selling the second)
