OLK12 will integrate adult based interests with online interactive activities, such as working on math examples, real time, using a variety of open source software’s where both student and teacher or student and student can participate, interacting with one another as if in the classroom, interactive conversations and chat rooms geared toward workforce development, homework help and strategies to be successful. This virtual classroom provides a holistic approach to adult education, mimicking the support in today’s high schools by utilizing current technologies. OLK12 combines state-of-the-art technology with leading-edge education which helps prepare students for living in today’s world. Finally, our education programs help mentor and tutor students through "main school" homework assignments and provide a base of understanding and interaction to ensure success in future working or educational endeavors.
