Company Description:
As our name suggests, NEWCHAPTER Student Housing Partnerships partners with university student organizations and financial partners to plan, develop, construct and maintain facilities that integrate housing, administrative, and assembly spaces to aid student organizations in achieving their missions.
Our role in this partnership is to:
• Communicate the benefits of our product to student organizations on college campuses around the world;
• Develop relationships with financial partners / investors;
• Establish a financial structure that will attract investors to the projects and provide cash flow to the student organization;
• Manage the development process, including planning, design, construction, and building turnover;
• Provide long-term oversight of the facility to ensure the success of the facility and to protect the interests of the financial partners and the student organizations’ governing boards.
