Sebren has affiliate property management and construction companies (Sebren Properties and Sebren Construction respectively) allowing it to self-manage and renovate its own projects or sub-contract to 3rd parties as needed. Sebren currently owns in excess of 520 units in Los Angeles valued at approximately $69MM. Sebren is seeking investment to place in the acquisition of distressed multi-family debt or REO and has a deep relationship base of brokers and bankers to provide pipeline.
