Located in the Beautiful White Mountains of Lakeside, Arizona

8. We are expecting new apartment complex, to be built within one block.
9. The resort community population is increasing every year as the baby boomers retire.
10. We are a destination vacation town with lakes, skiing, fishing golf, camping, etc.

17. We will be open 15-16 hours a day we will be using both a counter service, for breakfast and lunch, and then restaurant seating using a wait-staff for the evening.
18. We will be open from 6am to 10pm week nights and 6am to 11pm Fridays and Saturdays. Most restaurants in the White Mountains are closed on Mondays and or Tuesdays and close by 9:00 pm. We have heard from both that locals and visitors that they want more options in this community.
