New Electric Vehicle (NEV)

The NEV is a breakthrough invention in alternative fuel vehicle technology. It is a simple but brilliant and powerful improvement of the battery-electric vehicle, that supplies the NEV with a significant additional amount of perfectly generated electricity.

How the NEV works.

The first battery-electric vehicle went on the road in 1895, so the motive technology has been developed and perfected for 112 years. But the electric vehicle has one fatal flaw: the batteries can never hold nearly enough electricity to make an adequate vehicle. The laws of physics prevent it. To this day, electric vehicles are greatly inferior, marginal, small, weak and dangerous machines with a useless 100 mile range.

Most of us know that a moving vehicle always has a frontal headwind flowing over its body, caused by its motion, equal to its speed. A moving vehicle has strong wind-power resources. The NEV has mounted on it, powerful, proprietary, twin wind-electric generating devices, combined with a powerful, proprietary, power boosting technology that recharges the batteries all the time the vehicle is moving...the faster it goes, the stronger the recharge.

Extensive testing of the power system demonstrated a regeneration of the batteries, at a cruising speed of 60 mph, at a rate of 41% of th rate at which electricity flowed out of the batteries to make the vehicle go. This gives the NEV strong power and boosts the range of the old electric vehicle from...the useless 100 miles of the old electric vehicle, to a robust, superior, totally adequate 1140 miles for the NEV and gives a fuel economy of 2 cents per mile.

Power system testing demonstrated ability to increase electricity generation, at will, with use of larger, more powerful wind-generators. So, power system powers most types and sizes of vehicle, from small cars to large, heavy trucks. The NEV is a total road transportation system.
