First Lotto Ltd. is the sole licensed lottery operator in Kenya. We offer a 6/49 game under the brand TOTO 6/49. We are currently look for either an equity injection of USD $5M in return from 33% of the company or to sell the company for USD $15M.
We have a restructuring plan in place:
1. To computerize the existing inefficient, high cost, manual system of selling lottery tickets and accounting for sales.
2. To design and implement a national advertising campaign. After 7 years of operation, no player has ever successfully picked the correct 6 numbers. The lottery must be rebranded and the game changed to result in high profile regular winners. The campaign, accompanied by high profile winners will improve the Company's reputation, and lead to more players.
3. To improve the Balance Sheet, this in turn, will allow the company to expand to other African nations. The Company has been asked to submit lottery proposals in Uganda, Tanzania, and Sudan.
