The development of Half-Time Turkey came about 30 some odd years ago from my grandfather. He had the idea of cooking a turkey from the inside out, as well as the outside in! He figures this should greatly reduce the cooking time of his Thanksgiving bird by possible 50%. This meant he had the option of sleeping-in that morning!
