Each is a specialist in their field and is interdependent on the others on their team to succeed. Management-CPMG’s certified Property Managers offer complete oversight of homes, investment properties, and commercial properties including regular inspections, routine maintenance and leasing as needed. A custom checklist is created for each property to ensure that all services, including landscaping and pool cleaning are being done well, and that the property is receiving routine maintenance to protect against major repairs. Maintenance-Our Licensed General Contractor oversees all repairs large or small and uses contractors and service people chosen by the property owner, or from our hand selected list of contractors and service people. Marketing-CPMG is a full service Real Estate Brokerage with the capacity to market all types of real estate both for lease and for sale. Our dedicated Sales, Leasing, and Buyers agents are Broker Associates that are selected for their experience and ability in their specified field. CPMG can handle anything from basic home watch to complete property management.
