Description: First Coast Wellness offers health and fitness products and services. Primary revenue stream is one on one and group personal training and fitness consultations. I am looking to expand the business by putting together a health and fitness studio that is different than any other studio in that there will not be a huge initial or on-going expense for equipment purchases and maintenance. The services offered by First Coast Wellness are based on body weight, functional exercise, and natural foods and supplements. There will be no need for hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment, nor will there be a large on-going expense for maintaining and powering hi-tech equipment. In addition, by utilizing low-tech exercise methods, group training will easily become a large revenue stream.
