Description: Hi-Tech Canada Development Inc. ("HCD") is a company that has a licensing agreement to commercially manufacture the scientifically integrated designed, superior IHI panalized building solution technology. IHI has built several prototype products over the past 10 years and has invested $100M in development, however the inventor lacks the ability to effectively commercialize his system. HCD has therefore purchased the Rights to manufacture these panels and all IP has been effectively transferred to the company.
