Home remodeling with 40 years of experence in San Diego alone. Have been working for the city through a sub contractor and have been told by the city of San Diego that there is a large need for contractors who are licensed and bonded to do a large amount of work in San Digo. I do not have the funds to get a 2 million dollar bond or float the payroll for a company for 4 months until the jobs are finished so I am lookin for an investor who is intrested in floating the payments for employees and supplies. There is a lot of money to be made here just need funding to get started.
