property with 25 buildings in good shape but in need of updates and some code repairs, also would like to add more buildings , like indoor pool, theater, library. The buildings can house about 250 people plus day school people. I could charge about 40,000.00 a year board and school and day school would be 23,000.00 a year for just the school. I need some advice and funding.I would never sell the school but my family would like to always be involved in running it and to live there
